Located in the Albufera Nature Reserve, in the Port of Catarroja, the project stands out of the ordinary in an utterly privileged area. The extension ended up as part of the building by using the same language in the design.

The enclosure of the proposal and its structure were made of wood, providing warmth and balance, making it a contemporary-traditional architecture. It is a sustainable design project, in which was taken into account not to alter the environment that surrounds it. The building was carried out with vernacular architecture, one which respects the traditions of the area.
