The office building was conceived with contemporary criteria in terms of flexibility and sustainability, focusing on the use of the available resources, natural light and energy.

BECSA, the construction company, started the works and it is expected to be finished in 2024.

The gross area is around 4000 sqm, destined to offices along the storeys, with flexible areas easy to adapt to the new technologies. There are resting rooms inside and outside of the building, parking space for vehicles, including bikes, PV cells and a high efficient air conditioning system.

The 4 stories project settles in a very complex site with an irregular plot which is assimilated thanks to the main access to the building and a lower ground courtyard.
