The project is located in the Alcuzcuz Reserve and consists of several building blocks that adapt through terracing to the slopes of the terrain. It includes five buildings, four dedicated to apartments and one housing a restaurant linked to the complex. Below ground level, there are integrated services for guests such as gyms, wellness areas, an indoor pool, workspaces, and kitchens, along with two restaurants, one underground and one on the surface. The general reception area is strategically located next to the access roundabout. In the garden areas, which are pedestrian-friendly, there are two outdoor pools.
The blocks are arranged linearly, adapting to the slope and describing changes in direction on the façades according to the terrain’s guidelines. This arrangement not only limits the visual impact compared to separate blocks but also increases efficiency by reducing earth movement.
Despite its apparent complexity, the buildings have a simple composition with a single alignment of units per floor distributed in a comb shape from the corridor. Two of the blocks have duplex residences on the upper floors and penthouses accessible from the lower floor, while the remaining blocks consist of three floors plus penthouses. All units face the hillside and have terraces spanning the entire façade, adapting to the curvature of the main planes. These terrace overhangs also provide solar protection, benefiting from their south and southwest orientation.
The design of the residential units maximizes exposure to panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea while providing a sense of privacy and tranquility. Large, strategically placed windows invite the surrounding landscape into the living spaces, fostering a connection with nature. The terraces become extensions of the interior, offering residents the opportunity to immerse themselves in the beauty of Marbella’s unique surroundings.
The exploration of a sensory atmosphere, the creation of spaces that evoke emotions, and the direct connection with nature are the fundamental pillars of this project. This design goal, with an aesthetic carefully linked to the natural environment, seeks to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The focus is on respecting and preserving the environment, generating the perception of being immersed in a continuous relationship with nature.
The project not only seeks visual excellence but also aspires to be a model of evolution based on sustainability and innovation. For this, the use of BIM and artificial intelligence was essential to work simultaneously and optimize the connection between architectural detail and aesthetic refinement.
The architectural forms and lines organically adapt to the landscape, respecting the natural topography and creating a unique visual and sensory experience. This constant reminder reinforces the project’s connection to its surroundings.
The fundamental priority was the harmonious integration with the surroundings. These villas are located above meandering sheets of water, with the architecture being flooded by it, offering not only visual appeal but also a sensory connection with the surrounding nature. The waters subtly reflect the shapes of the villas, creating a visual effect that varies with the daylight. Beyond the visual beauty, the gentle sound of moving water provides a relaxing auditory experience that enhances the sense of tranquility and well-being.
The abundant presence of vegetation and green spaces is integrally woven into the design, enriching the living experience with a natural and serene environment. Lush gardens, paths lined with native plants, and shaded rest areas create a continuous green landscape that invites exploration and enjoyment. Residents can stroll along quiet paths, enjoy the shade of trees, and discover hidden corners for meditation and relaxation. The volumetric design of the resort is meticulously planned to integrate with the natural surroundings, creating a perfect balance between landscape and architecture. The villas are oriented to maximize sea views, while common areas are strategically located to offer comfort.
This residential complex represents the harmonious fusion between the rich local architectural heritage and contemporary innovation. From the conception stage to the realization of the design, our approach has been to intelligently leverage technology to ensure efficiency and excellence in all aspects of the project. We have integrated advanced energy management, climate control, and security systems, ensuring that each villa offers maximum comfort with minimal environmental impact. Smart technologies allow residents to adjust lighting, temperature, and security. Thus, these boat-shaped roof villas stand as a tangible testament to the harmony between tradition and the natural beauty of Fuerteventura. The integration of advanced technology not only optimizes energy efficiency but also enhances the resident experience, creating a perfect balance between comfort and respect for the natural environment.
The plot, located just a few meters from the sea, hosts a project consisting of 130 single-story villas. These villas, designed with a focus on simplicity and elegance, offer a privileged living experience. Each villa features a unique space that opens up to the water, thus fostering a visual and sensory connection with the sea.
The common areas crown the project, located at its center and following the same language as the villas, with boat-shaped roofs. These common areas include multiple facilities such as a restaurant, a spa, and a series of pools that blend seamlessly with the marine landscape. Additionally, the communal pools are situated on the beachfront, practically touching the sand, offering residents an unparalleled experience with panoramic ocean views. A large sports area complements the facilities, providing a recreational and wellness space for residents. This area includes tennis courts, a fully equipped gym, and zones for water sports, allowing residents to stay active and healthy. The interiors are designed to maximize comfort and functionality, using natural materials and a soft color palette that reflects the serenity of the surroundings.
The integration of the hotel into the Mediterranean urban landscape is one of the fundamental pillars of the design. By choosing materials and forms that harmonize with the environment, a composition that evokes the essence of the Mediterranean has been created, respecting and enhancing the city’s aesthetics. The 11-story hotel is located on Avenida de Francia in Valencia, an area of expansion and economic prosperity.
The design of the hotel not only visually blends with its surroundings but also contributes to the dynamism and vitality of the urban community. The goal is for the hotel to enrich the urban experience and become a landmark for residents and visitors.
Inside the apartments, the boundaries between interior and exterior are blurred thanks to the large carpentry dimensions and the continuity of ceilings and floors. The terraces, glazed and wrapped with the same materials used on the façade, offer a beautiful view of the city, enhancing the experience of a unique interior.

The implementation of BIM technology in all project phases has been crucial to achieving precision and efficiency goals. From the initial conception to construction, BIM technology has enabled maximum geometric perfection and optimal spatial organization. This technology has facilitated coordination between all aspects of design and construction, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. Furthermore, the use of BIM is directly linked to the project's aesthetics, allowing for a harmonious integration of form and function, and ensuring that the final design is not only visually impressive but also highly functional and sustainable.
The commitment to aesthetics and quality is reflected in the selection of materials used in the project. High-quality materials were carefully chosen to guarantee durability and resistance, while also providing a high level of comfort to guests. It was a significant technical effort involving all project participants: architects, engineers, interior designers, the construction company, and manufacturers and suppliers. Attention to detail in the selection of materials ensures that each space within the hotel is welcoming, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. A notable example of this dedication to quality and comfort is the green wall located in the reception area. This wall not only beautifies the space with its lush vegetation but also improves air quality and provides a sense of natural well-being to guests upon entering. Using a variety of local plants, the green wall creates a smooth transition between the Mediterranean exterior and the hotel interior, underscoring our commitment to sustainability and connection with nature. These materials, combined with meticulous design, create an atmosphere of luxury and comfort that sets the hotel apart in the competitive landscape of the area.
